Socialite Paris Hilton seems to have moved on from her split from Cy Waits as she was spotted getting cozy with "Hangover" director Todd Phillips.
The two went to meet Nicky Hilton at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and later the duo sat at a secluded table and they were seen sharing kisses, reports usmagazine.com.
The 30-year-old split from the nightclub entrepreneur Waits last month after 18 months of relationship.
