The American socialite who is in Cannes with her boyfriend Doug Reinhart, was exiting a party just after midnight when she realised that her phone was missing, reported Daily Mail online. The hotel heiress ran back into the hotel to check for it but to no avail. "I don't know where or when it went missing but I know I've got to find it. It's the worst thing that could have happened. It has all my contacts in it and the last thing I want is for it to fall into the wrong hands.I have to keep looking," Hilton told the newspaper in tears.
Hilton had made a lot of new contacts during her stint at Cannes, and with her Blackberry she has lost them all. This is not the first time that the 28-year-old has run into trouble with her phone. It was hacked earlier in 2005, with her address book published on the Internet. The contact list included names like Eminem, Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan and Fergie amongst a host of other celebrities.
