Sethi honoured

Sunil Sethi, president of the Fashion Design Council of India, received the award for ‘Lifetime contribution to fashion’ from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s wife.

Sunil Sethi, president of the Fashion Design Council of India, received the award for ‘Lifetime contribution to fashion’ from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s wife, Gursharan Kaur on Monday.

The event, hosted by Tamana foundation for differently abled children, also saw a fashion show by well-known designers.

“It’s an honour getting the award from the gracious first lady, at an event that was so meaningful,” said Sethi.
