SRK-Aamir in a Coke ad together!

The two superstars will most probably feature together in a Coke ad campaign in the impending IPL season. Shah Rukh Khan has already given his nod while Aamir is expected to sign the dotted line any day now.

It seems that things are getting better everday in the Khan-world. If the tacit peace treaty between Aamir and SRK is anything to go by, then the calm is set to dawn for the two stars, atleast professionally speaking. Let's not forget that they met at a neutral ground to discuss the multiplex issue.

There's another strategic alliance that the two are said to have forged, that of signing up a Coke ad deal for the impending IPL season. SRK has already given his nod while Aamir's is expected any day now.

Coke's gain will be Pepsi's loss. But a loss which is self-inflicted. Pepsi dropped Shah Rukh Khan from their ad campaign as the brand ambassador. And this is sweet-revenge moment for King Khan.

The reason for sacking SRK was that he'd hit his 40s and could no longer match up to Pepsi's "Youngistan" tagline. SRK maintained a dignified silence at that point in time, only to hit when the iron got hot enough.

He has joined his IPL team The Kolkata Knight Riders and in particular its captain Sourav Ganguly to promote Sprite, which is a Coke brand.

This tie-up has put Pepsi on a lower footing than Coke. Not only this Pepsi does not have any real superstar roped in, while Coke has stolen both Aamir and SRK!
