Wannabe actor lands up at Farah Khan’s doorstep

The casting for Farah Khan’s Happy New Year has been making news for a while now. But the filmmaker never expected it to get scary.

The casting for Farah Khan’s Happy New Year has been making news for a while now. But the filmmaker never expected it to get scary.

Apparently, a wannabe actress entered her home. “Farah had gone out with her kids,” says an insider close to her. “Whenever anyone visits, the security people call her and they see the person on the camera. But this time, the camera had been switched off by mistake.”

When the girl reached her doorstep, she started banging on the door. “Farah’s husband, Shirish Kunder, was home and got scared. The girl wanted Farah to cast her opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Somehow Shirish managed to send her away,” adds the insider.

Now, Farah has got an extra camera installed. She laughs, “I should quickly sign Angelina Jolie as my heroine to avoid such scary incidents.”
