Posing gracefully for a photoshoot in September, 2017, Deepika looked nothing short of royalty in this Benarasi weave, featuring gold zari work and a heavy gold border.

Deepika was spotted attending the Marathi Filmfare Awards in Mumbai in October, 2017, wearing a floral sari, which had a light smattering of shimmery embellishment and an embroidered border. The extended trail of the sari added a hint of drama to the ensemble.

Anushka proved her fashion credentials as she wowed at her engagement ceremony in December, 2017, wearing a velvet sari in Sabyasachi’s signature ‘gulkand burgundy’ hue. The lightly embellished drape was hand-embroidered with miniature pearls, zardozi and marori.
