A day after the Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered stay on the construction and sale of units in its costliest housing project in the city, The Crust, the realty major DLF received another jolt.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Thursday admitted a petition filed by New Town Heights Home Buyers’ Association after the regulator felt that DLF had abused its dominant market position and imposed unfair and discriminatory conditions on buyers of the upcoming housing project.

DLF had launched the project in 2008.
