Angad claims that his female friends are often of the same opinion as him, adding, "Guys who wax their chest don’t look very manly. Even the women I know say that the kind of guys who appeal to them are those who look rugged. Paying too much attention to the way you look makes you seem vain."

AngadStill, here are his grooming tips

* I use a sunblock if I’m going to be out in the sun for a long time because UV rays damage the skin.

* Always use a good cologne and anti-perspirant. The concept has not yet hit the country, even though we have such hot weather, but it’s one of the most basic and essential routines.

* I advocate shaving regularly. It’s neat, hygienic and makes you feel cleaner. Besides, most women prefer men who are clean-shaven.

* It’s disgusting to see men in their late 20s and early 30s with heavy paunches. Whether you play a sport or go to the gym, it’s important to be fit.

* Having great sex is the best way to feel good.
