Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has apparently told friends that she wants to essay the role of her mother if a biopic about the legendary singer is made.

According to sources, Kristina feels that she is the perfect person to play the part of Whitney, as she thinks that no one else knew her better, TMZ reported.

Sources say that Kristina feels that if Easy E's son can play him in a movie, she can do it too.

Rihanna has already voiced her desire to play Houston in a biopic.

RihannaThe singer showed her interest in a recent press conference, where she said that she would love to play Whitney Houston in a film about the late singer’s life.

“I didn’t get that call yet,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.

“That would be something that I would have to give my entire life to do because I would want to really pull it off. That’s a huge, huge role and whoever does it has to do a good job,” she said.

The 24-year-old popstar went on to speak about the tragic singer and how she had influenced her.

“I met her at a Clive Davis party. I love her. She’s one of my big music icons, and I have always looked up to her,” she said.

“My first song that I remember falling in love with was a Whitney Houston song – I Will Always Love You. All of her music actually was always played in my house, with Mariah Carey and Celine Dion.

“It was really inspiring and it made me develop a passion for music, so really she’s partly responsible for me being here in this industry,” she added.
