Like millions of others, porn star Mia Khalifa watched Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk over the weekend, and had such a strong emotional reaction to the war drama that she started her own YouTube channel to share her thoughts.

Her first video was a review of the movie. Khalifa also tweeted about the film. “I love Christopher Nolan more than my dogs,” she said, “but Dunkirk sucked more d*** than I did in 2014.”

In the video, which she begins by saying that she wants everyone to know that she has a gun (which can be seen hanging on the wall behind her), Mia Khalifa rants for over six minutes about the film, which some have called a masterpiece.

“(Christopher Nolan) is one of my favourite directors of all time,” she says. “I don’t know if the whole thing lasted 23 hours or if the rescue mission took two-and-a-half-months.”

The film explains its three timeframes explicitly in the opening few minutes, which was noted in a comment.

She also had no idea about the evacuation of Dunkirk and Operation Dynamo. “I had no idea if this ended World War II, or if this was just some random (event),” she said.

The film opens with a title card explaining the events that led to the evacuation.

“For the longest time, I couldn’t tell if they were panning (sic) between the Allies and the Nazis. I couldn’t tell who was who,” she continued.

The Nazis are never mentioned in the movie - they’re simply called the ‘enemy’ on one occasion - and on the two occasions that they are seen, they are in the shadows or out of focus.

Mia also had trouble understanding the characters’ accents. Her friend pointed out that one time, she thought a character was German because she couldn’t understand what he was saying.

The film is exclusively told from a British perspective.

She then commented on how the IMAX cameras were “wasted” on the movie, and how the “CGI water and beaches” made everything look bigger.

In fact, Nolan’s film witnessed the widest 70mm release in decades, and was shot on location at Dunkirk, and the English Channel. They also refabricated real World War II Spitfires, destroyers, and some of the civilian boats that made the crossing that day. So, no CGI.

She does, however, end the video by giving the film a 7/10.

Dunkirk currently sits at 93% on the review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes. It opened to over $100 million in its first weekend.

Here are a couple of comments from the video:
