Banks, 42, officially launched the website earlier this week, posting a video in which she says, “After years of taking 90 per cent of lead comedy roles and being forced to appear nightly on stand up stages around the globe, we are here to relieve you of your obligations.”
Banks recently directed Pitch Perfect 2, which has since become the highest-grossing movie by a female director
“(To men) bow out... Here at WhoHaha, our motto is: If men can do it, they probably learned it from a woman. Funny women have been keeping this planet alive for centuries.”
