CBSE releases revised answer key on NEET

New Delhi: Aspiring doctors and dentists who had given the national eligibility entrance test (NEET) this year can now check the revised answer key on official website ‘’ of the Central Board of Secondary Education’s (CBSE).

The CBSE, which conducted NEET, has informed the Delhi high court that it has uploaded the revised answer key on Sunday. The board said the aspirants to the examination were given their marks on the basis of the revised key.

It said after the original answer key is uploaded, objections are invited from participants and pursuant to those objections, if required, a revised answer key is prepared.

The submission came while hearing a petition filed by an aspirant alleging arithmetical errors in totaling of the marks given to her.

With the CBSE saying that marks were given to aspirants as per the revised answer key, the petitioner has sought time from the court to recheck the marks according to the new answer key. The case is listed for further hearing on July 24.
