Minister shares video featuring PM Modi, G7 leaders: ‘No politics & no ideology but’
Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed for United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Tuesday after attending the G7 summit held in Schloss Elmau.
Union minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for “being lauded” by world leaders with “utmost respect and admiration.” Sharing a video from the G7 summit, Rijiju said "we all feel proud” that PM Modi is being recognised by global community “with utmost respect and admiration.”

In the video, French President Emmanuel Marcon can be seen hugging PM Modi ahead of a group photo of G7 leaders and partner countries at the summit. The video also shows US President Joe Biden walking up to PM Modi and gently tapping on his shoulder to shake hands.
“No politics & no ideology but just as Indians, WE all feel proud that our Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji is being lauded and recognised by the world leaders and global community with utmost respect and admiration,” Rijiju posted on Twitter.
After attending the summit, PM Modi said, "Interacted with several world leaders and participated in a memorable community program in Munich. We were able to discuss many issues aimed at furthering global well-being and prosperity."
He presented leaders of G7 and other participants with various gifts displaying India's rich art and crafts, particularly, those related to Uttar Pradesh's one district one product scheme.
US President Joe Biden received personalised Gulabi Meenakari brooch and cufflink set. The cufflinks were prepared for Biden with a matching brooch for the First Lady.
Modi gifted black pottery pieces to the Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and platinum-painted tea set to his British counterpart Boris Johnson. The crockery has been outlined with platinum metal paint in honour of Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee being celebrated this year.
