Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday addressed the Lok Sabha during the debate on electoral reforms, alleging large-scale irregularities in voter rolls and a lack of transparency in the election process. He questioned the integrity of voter lists in states like Haryana and Bihar, saying there were “lakhs and lakhs of duplicate voters,” and reiterated his claim about a “Brazilian woman” appearing “22 times” on the rolls in Haryana.

Meanwhile, Congress MP Manish Tewari began the discussion on electoral forms in Lok Sabha and LoP Rahul Gandhi is also expected to address the Parliament on the issue.

- The lower house of Parliament is discussing the issue of electoral reforms. This includes the Special Intensive Revision exercise started by the Election Commission of India in different states.
- Congress MP and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday addressed the Lok Sabha amid the debate on electoral reforms, claiming serious irregularities in the state’s polls. He alleged that the Haryana elections were “stolen” and once again cited the example of a “Brazilian woman” appearing in the voter rolls more than 22 times.
- Union civil aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu spoke in the Lok Sabha at 12 pm today on the IndiGo crisis. He had spoken about it in the Rajya Sabha a day earlier. The matter comes up at a time when IndiGo is dealing with delays and cancellations, leaving many passengers stranded at airports across the country.
- A discussion on 150 years of ‘Vande Mataram' is being held in the Rajya Sabha. The Lok Sabha had taken it up on Monday. PM Modi led that discussion on Monday and praised the national song, speaking about its history and its role during the freedom movement.

Parliament winter session live updates: Congress Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi on Monday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is "no longer the PM he once was", questioning his confidence and policies in recent years.
"The truth is that Modi is no longer the Prime Minister he once was. The truth is, it's beginning to show. His self-confidence is declining. His policies are weakening the country, and my colleagues in power are silent because, deep down, they too agree with this. Today, the people of the country are unhappy, distressed, and surrounded by problems, and you are not solving them," she said.
