Psychologist whom Aaftab dated after killing Shraddha interrogated: Reports
Delhi Police said the woman whom Aaftab brought home when Shraddha's dismembered corpse was still at the flat is a psychologist.
After murdering Shraddha Walkar, Aaftab Amin Poonawala was believed to have dated another woman from the same dating app where he connected with Shraddha. The woman reportedly visited Aaftab's Chhatarpur flat when Shraddha's body parts were there in the freezer. Delhi Police now have traced the woman and interrogated her. Aaftab on Saturday was sent to judicial custody after his counsel opposed the demand of the Delhi Police to extend his police custody. Now Aaftab will be lodged at Tihar Jail no 4 and reports said he will be kept in a separate cell in the jail for security reasons. His cell will be monitored for 24 hours through CCTV cameras.

Aaftab appeared for the hearing on Saturday through video conferencing from Ambedkar Hospital. Through his counsel Abinash Kumar, Aaftab told the court that he was facing difficulty recalling the incident as he is new to all these places.
As Aaftab appeared through video conferencing, the court asked Aaftab about his health and whether he was subjected to third-degree measures. Aaftab told the court that he was fine and was cooperating in the investigation. He confirmed that there was no third-degree torture on him.
Aftab's narco test remains pending while his polygraph test is believed to be inconclusive. Reports citing investigators claimed that Aaftab seemed prepared for the questions in the polygraph test. His narco test is likely to be conducted on November 28.
Among the sensational revelations that Delhi Police made in the case after interrogating Aaftab was that he resumed dating soon after he killed Shraddha -- and from the same dating platform. Aaftab apparently told the cops during the interrogation that the woman visited his flat before he disposed of all the body parts of Shraddha. Delhi Police wrote to the dating app seeking details of Aaftab Poonawala's profile.
