Police have registered cases against 250 Gujjar activists, including six village heads, and arrested two others for blocking the Delhi-Dehradun National Highway at Barla village in Muzaffarnagar during their agitation this month.

The cases have been registered under various sections of the IPC, police said on Saturday.
In all, 800 people in the district have been booked so far in connection with road blockades.
