Located in a 12-room boutique hotel owned and used as a transit camp by Aman Resorts, the restaurant has a cosmopolitan menu that complements the refreshing view of the landscaped gardens and the elegantly minimal décor of neutral white walls and black leather chairs. Order the chilled Sweet Melon Soup – it's perfect for a blazing summer afternoon – and the Murgh Papdi Chaat. The Bacon & Cheese Quiche, Chilled Jumbo Prawns served on a bed of lettuce and Paneer Ka Pongal (pickled cottage cheese cooked in a tandoor and served with peppercorn and ginger-scented risotto) are the other must-haves. The restaurant also serves a decent Baklava and its Chocolate Fondant is recommended.
