Veteran actor Christopher Lee has been named as the most marketable film star in the US, by a poll conducted by USA Today.

The 83-year-old British star's three blockbusters that were released last year, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, The Corpse Bride and Star Wars, Episode III:Revenge Of The Sith, grabbed an estimated 640 million dollars, helping him to claim the top spot in 2005's list of most saleable stars, reports Contactmusic.
Actor Ewan McGregor with five releases came in second, followed by Morgan Freeman, who finished 2005 in third place with 555.9 million dollars from six movies. An all time box office leader Samuel L Jackson and Gary Oldman rounded off the top five.
