Bharti, who now heads a new political outfit Bharatiya Janshakti Party (BJP) was with BJP during the last state polls and the Congress leader Sanjay Gupta had filed the petition.
Gupta had accused the BJP leaders of circulating the election campaign booklets against Congress without any printline. Civil Judge DK Dangi granted bail to Bharti, who appeared with her counsel before the court.
The court had earlier granted bails to BJP MP Kailash Joshi and former Chief Minister Babulal Gaur last month but issued bailable warrant against Bharti as she failed to appear in the court.
