The five-member gang decamped with the booty from former Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) corporator Bharati Tajanpure's bungalow at Chehadi-Shivar near Nashik Road early Wednesday morning, police said.
Tajanpure, his wife and children were asleep in the house when the dacoits entered their home, tied up the children, looted the house and escaped in a blue-coloured van, they said.
