Indian minister takes up bilateral ties with Bangladesh

Indian Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahamed also took up SAARC matters with Bangladesh Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan.

Indian Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahamed on Tuesday met Bangladesh Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan to discuss bilateral and SAARC matters.

"We have discussed all bilateral issues and matters, which would be discussed at the Foreign Ministers' meeting," Ahamed told reporters in Dhaka.

The Indian State Minister did not say if the issue of frequent skirmishes between the BDR and the BSF came up during the meeting. He, however, maintained, "We have very excellent relations between us.
