Kenyan sets record on Mumbai roads
Daniel Krono set a new world record to win the Mumbai full marathon.
Kenya's Daniel Krono set a new world record to win the full marathon event at the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, as thousands of people ran on Sunday in one of the city's biggest events.

Krono covered 42 kilometres in two hours nine minutes.
Maharashtra Governor SM Krishna flagged off the event at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus in south Mumbai.
Although there were around 28,000 people who took part in the marathon, at least twice the number was out on the city's roads -- many to cheer the participants.
According to officials, at least 56,000 people had applied for participation but everyone could not be accommodated. Besides, the half and full marathons, there were a senior citizen's marathon, a wheel chair marathon and a dream run.
The $1.1 million charity money raised on Sunday for nearly 120 NGOs participating was more than the amount raised last year.
South Mumbai roads turned into an ocean of humanity as thousands roamed around the historic Chhatrapati Terminus, known previously as Victoria Terminus.
Age was no bar with tiny tots and the elderly hitting the roads.
Shalini Chirputkar, at 89 the oldest participant, was greeted by Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji before being flagged off.
She was one of the 2,700 senior citizens who joined the five-kilometre senior citizen's event.
