Rains lashed the national capital in the wee hours on Wednesday bringing down mercury to 23.6 degree celsius.
However, as the rain god smiled over Delhi, people faced tough time because of water-logged roads and fallen tree branches.
The met office recorded 133.4 mm of rainfall.
The schoolgoing children had to face tough time in the morning and traffic was moving at a snails' pace.
