Mosque, school gutted; 6 suffer burn injuries

Property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed in the blaze in Noni Bonjwah village, say official sources.

Nineteen structures, including a mosque and a school, were gutted and six people received burn injuries when a fire broke out in a village in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday night.



Property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed in the blaze in Noni Bonjwah village, official sources said.



The blaze in which six people received burn injuries was extinguished in the wee hours, they said.



The fire destroyed eight houses, nine shops, a mosque and a school, sources said.
