NCP to fight 3 seats in Pub; talks of tie-up with Congress

The NCP will contest three Lok Sabha seats out of 13 in Punjab and may go for a tie-up with Congress on some "conditions," party's state unit president Swaran Singh said in Fatehgarh Sahib on Thursday.

The NCP will contest three Lok Sabha seats out of 13 in Punjab and may go for a tie-up with Congress on some "conditions," party's state unit president Swaran Singh said in Fatehgarh Sahib on Thursday.

The party would field candidates from Fatehgarh Sahib reserve constituency, Ludhiana and Faridkot seats, he told reporters.

The list of candidates would finalised during the party's state unit meeting on April 12.

He said, "there may be tie-up with Congress on some conditions."
