One-week free stay for Team India in Himachal

Himachal Pradesh government on Monday announced one-week free stay to members of Indian cricket squad for wining World Cup, in Himachal Tourism hotel in state along with their families.

Himachal Pradesh government on Monday announced one-week free stay to members of Indian cricket squad for wining World Cup, in Himachal Tourism hotel in state along with their families.

Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal brought a resolution to felicitate the Indian team for bringing laurels to country in the World Cup before the house was adjourned for the day.

While giving statement before bringing the resolution in the house, Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal lauded the Indian team for brining World Cup after a gap of 28 years. He said the country was proud of the India’s victory. As a goodwill gesture, he extended invite to the cricketers along with his family members.

He said players and the family members could stay cost free at Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Hotels that are spread acreoss the state. The members of ruling supported the Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumals resiiolution by thumping the benches.
