"We have submitted our passports and other relevant documents to the Indian high commission the other day after returning from Taiwan on Monday night but they refused to process the case in a day," Aqeel Khan was quoted as saying by The Dawn.
The Khan brothers are also part of Pakistan's Davis Cup squad that is scheduled to take on India in an Asia/Oceania Group I away tie later in April.
Aqeel is a regular visitor to India where he features on the ITF satellite.
