The incident at government-run college in Patan came to light on February 4, last year after the girl told her parents and relatives about the repeated sexual assault on her over a period of six months.
Additional Sessions Judge S C Srivastava convicted six accused teachers -Manish Parmar, Mahendra Prajapati, Ashwin Parmar, Kiran Patel, Suresh Patel and Atul Patel -. The quantum of sentence will be pronounced later in the day.
They have been convicted for multiple gang rape, physical assault on woman to enrage her modesty and charges like rape in government educational institute.
Public Prosecutor Nayna Bhatt said they have demanded life imprisonment for the convicts.
She expressed regret in the court that there was no provision of capital punishment in such cases.
