Public Prosecutor Satish Borulkar told the court that as per the Additional Commissioner of Police (ATS) Param Bir Singh, who was present in court, the police has "non-specific information" indicating threat to the state.
While hearing petitions related to the state's security following the November 26 terror strikes, the court had asked the public prosecutor to make a statement regarding any potential threat to the state.
The court had also directed the Maharashtra government to make available to it the Pradhan committee report which probed the state machinery's response to the terror strikes.
