The RJD alone was capable of ending the stalemate in Bihar and Governor Buta Singh should invite his party to form the Government as it was the single largest party, he said.
"'Abhi tiffin hua hai. Ghanti bajegi to humein hi bulaya jaega' (Currently, there is a lunch recess. Whenever the bell rings, we will be called)," Yadav told reporters in Gorakhpur.
After inspecting the passing-out parade of the 40th and 65th batches of the Railway Protection Force earlier on Saturday, Yadav announced recruiting 10,000 more personnel within six months.
He said hard working jawans in the force would be given cash awards upto Rs five lakh and out-of-turn promotions.
