SC denies notice on plea seeking to make Delhi Laws Act valid

Supreme Court on Friday refused to issue notice on a petition seeking declaration that the Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2006 is a valid piece of legislation, reports Satya Prakash.

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to issue notice on a petition seeking declaration that the Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2006 is a valid piece of legislation.

A Bench headed by Justice BN Agrawal directed the petition filed by Delhi Traders' Forun to be tagged along with the main case on the sealing issue.
