Siemens to buy stakes in two units

Siemens Ltd the Indian unit of Siemens AG, said on Friday that it proposed to acquire the isolator division of Elpro International Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

The company also said that it would buy a 50 per cent stake in Flender Ltd, a joint venture between Flender AG and Babcock Borsig India Ltd.
