Walli-Ullah, the accused of serial bomb blasts in the city on March 7, was produced in the temporary Court of Special Judge, Narendra Singh Rawal on the premises of District Jail here on Wednesday. He was produced in connection with hearing over the framing of charge in connection with blasts.

Sources said, the charge could not be framed today and the Court has fixed a further date of October 18 for the hearing and production of accused.
It may be noted that the High Court had ordered for the setting up of a temporary Court in the district jail following the incident of minor attack on the accused on the Collectorate premises earlier. Some men had snatched the cap of accused and made an abortive attempt to beat him but cops had foiled the attempt.
