Who is a spoilsport - Cong or PDP?

Will PDP, Cong give up their egos? - The happenings in JK, UP (and Mehalaya added today) clearly suggest that the quality of politics in this country has gone down. What the politicians want is power at any cost(even at the cost of the country) long live our selfish politicians, says I Murthy, Delhi. - I opine that PDP should be given CM's post & Mehbooba Mufti should be made CM in the overall interest of J&K, says Shivoo, Bangalore.

	Mehbooba Mufti, PDP Vice-President: We are ready to sacrifice power and sit in the opposition if the Congress does not accept our demands. The PDP would not compromise on its stand on regional aspirations. We are ready for negotiations and will continue till the last moment. But there will be no compromise on the demand that we lead the alliance.		Ghulam Nabi Azad, J&K Congress President:   The Congress claim for Chief Ministership in a coalition with the PDP in Jammu and Kashmir was reasonable. There was also a suggestion of rotating the post of Chief Minister where the six-year term will be split by the Congress and the PDP. But the PDP doesn't agree with the suggestion. They want the post for six years.
