Yoga can provide healthy life

REGULAR YOGA practice could keep one away from stress and provide hale and hearty life, said Justice OP Srivastava of Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court, while inaugurating a debate ?Jeevan me Yog Ka Mahatva? (importance of yoga in life).

REGULAR YOGA practice could keep one away from stress and provide hale and hearty life, said Justice OP Srivastava of Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court, while inaugurating a debate ‘Jeevan me Yog Ka Mahatva’ (importance of yoga in life).

Justice Srivastava said that it was observed by him in own life, when he started practicing yoga regularly after he was motivated by his wife to attend the programme of yoga guru Baba Ramdev.

Justice Srivastava said, “Confluence of religion and Karma is yog, however, one always perform Karma in his life, but good Karmas are recognised by its motive and knowledge applied to perform the same.”

On the occasion, Justice Srivastava also unveiled the picture of Swami Kailashanandji, who is noted yoga guru of USA and founder of Yog Foundation of America at Kanpur Bar.

Bar president Surendra Pratap Singh given brief introduction of Swami Kailashanandji and said that Swamiji was a legal practitioner and member
of Kanpur Bar, before, he become yoga guru about 55 years back.

Singh said that Swamiji has sent the financial aid to Kanpur Bar and directed that it may be utilised for creating awareness about importance yog in life.

The other prominent present were advocate Balak Ram Mishra, general secretary of Bar, Avinash Bajpai, Dinesh Shukla and Sarvesh Singh and hundreds of advocates.
