“The USP of the place is its experiential dining, where the chef helps in food pairings and the sommelier takes you through the wines, giving insight into the tasting notes, wine-making styles and the characteristics that influence its taste,” says Arvind Kumar, thecompany’s General Manager.
“Guests are encouraged to taste the wines and enquire about it. The Sunday prosecco brunch, priced at Rs. 1500 plus, is an initiative by the restaurant to encourage wine drinking and learn about wines,” he adds
