Music: Saz-e-Bahar - Attend an instrumental music festival that features the sarangi, sitar, slide guitar and tabla. Performing artists include Grammy award nominee Debashish Bhattacharya on slide guitar, Liyakat Ali Khan on the sarangi, Ojas Adhiya, on the tabla player and Ramprapanna Bhattacharya on the sitar.

SATURDAY, APRIL 2
Theatre: Juliet aur Uska Romeo- A modern, Hindi adaptation of Shakespeare’s tragic love story, the play sees Juliet standing against the anger and pressure of those around her, to fight for her beloved Romeo. This version has been translated by Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee Amitabh Srivastava and directed by Aniruddha Khutwad.

Shopping: Banaras Revisited - Attend a fashion-meets-decor pop-up that will promote the fabrics of Benaras. The collection is by designers Swati and Sunaina, who will showcase their traditional collection from Lakme Fashion Week 2016. Titled Radha, the exhibition will display silk saris with detailed zari heirlooms woven in, among others.
