Bombay vintage: Kala Ghoda’s newest bistro, AKA, has plenty of world cuisine to offer. The menu features dishes such as chicken yakitori, zucchini fritters and fish tacos. Designed by The Busride Studio, the space fuses symmetry with Mumbai’s old-world charm.

Bayside view: Seaside restaurant Aurus is now replaced by Estella. This modern Australian restaurant offers dishes such as Tasmanian scallops and yuzu sours, and New South Wales pork rib-eye.
