Mumbai Metro services between Versova and Andheri disrupted during morning peak hours

Mumbai city news: Operations between Ghatkopar and Andheri were running “smoothly”, said MMOPL’s tweet.

A technical snag disrupted the Metro services on the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar line on Thursday morning.

According to Mumbai Metro One’s official Twitter handle, the services between Versova and Andheri stations were not running.

Operations between Ghatkopar and Andheri were running “smoothly”, said MMOPL’s tweet. As the trains were not going beyond Andheri metro station, a huge crowd of passengers was reported at the metro station.

MMOPL spokesperson said, “The technical problem has been repaired. Services will resume in five minutes. Additional trains will be inducted to ease traffic.”
