16-year-old boy rapes, impregnates cousin
MUMBAI: A 16-year-old boy was arrested for raping his 16-year-old cousin and impregnating her in Vasai. The accused was arrested under Section 376 (f) (rape of minor)

MUMBAI: A 16-year-old boy was arrested for raping his 16-year-old cousin and impregnating her in Vasai. The accused was arrested under Section 376 (f) (rape of minor) of the Indian penal code and sections 4,5,6, and 8 of the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences Act 2012. He has been sent to the Children’s Remand Home at Bhiwandi. The girl has been sent for medical tests as she was found to be six months pregnant.
