THANE: More than 15 lakh Marathas from Thane and Palghar districts are expected to join the silent protest march in Thane on Sunday. The march will cover a distance of 2.5 km from six different sites in the city and end at the collector’s office.

A member from the co-ordination committee of Maratha Kranti Morcha, said, “The protest will start from Teen Hath Naka at 10 am on Sunday. The rally will cover Malhar Theatre, Ram Ganesh Gadkari Theatre, Masunda lake, MH High School, Chintamani Chowk route, etc. Parking arrangements for over 12,000 vehicles has been created at various spots in the city.”
