“Kesari Prasad Devrani (52) will be produced before the railway court on Tuesday,” said senior inspector K.G. Gavit.

The police said Samsul Haq Sheikh (25) and his brother had gone to receive his relatives at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.

“Devrani took the two men to the RPF chowkie in Kurla East and threatened to jail them for six months if they did not pay him,” said an officer. “He frisked the two and took out Rs 5,100 from their pocket. He even assaulted them.”
