On Saturday, Haveliwala had rammed her car into six people killing two people.

Haveliwala will be produced in the court on Friday as her police custody granted by magistrate would end.

Magistrate V.W. Sonawane had denied media presence in the court after the defence lawyers pointed out to the court that the magistrate has power to restrict mediapersons from covering the court proceedings. The defence has also filed an application to conduct in-camera hearings.
