A division bench of Justice P.B. Majmudar and Justice R.G. Ketkar disposed of the petition filed by Syed Arif, a resident of the building. The petition had alleged violation of norms.

While directing Zenzi’s owners not to violate noise pollution law and not to serve liquor after 12.30 am, the HC has asked the authorities to take action if they violate any law. “We want to see that comforts of citizens are not compromised,” said Justice Majmudar.
