HC nod for Bharat Shah to sue court receivers
A division bench of justice VM Kanade and justice ML Tahaliyani granted permission to Bharat Shah’s production house Mega Bollywood Private Limited to sue court receivers Santosh Jain and Shankar Kamble.

A division bench of justice VM Kanade and justice ML Tahaliyani granted permission to Bharat Shah’s production house Mega Bollywood Private Limited to sue court receivers Santosh Jain and Shankar Kamble, appointed to manage the rights and distribution of the 2001 film Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.
Jain and Kamble were appointed after Shah was arrested in 2000 for alleged underworld links, after which the film’s prints and negatives seized.
