The Bombay high court set aside the March 4-order passed by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) blacklisting architect Jagdish Deshpande for misleading the civic body by presenting false records to construct an additional building.

The Bombay high court set aside the March 4-order passed by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) blacklisting architect Jagdish Deshpande for misleading the civic body by presenting false records to construct an additional building.

“Whatever discrepancies were alleged to have been there, Deshpande has paid charges up to Rs6 crore for regularisation,” his lawyer argued. The civic action was taken when residents of Amrut Kalash society filed a complaint alleging irregularities.
