Designer Rakesh Singhvi (aka Rocky S), Angad Bedi, son of former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi, and two DJs Deepesh Sharma and Rakesh Sharma moved anticipatory bail applications on Tuesday.

The designated Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court will hear all six applications on Wednesday. It has directed police not to arrest any of the petitioners until their bail applications are decided.

Rocky S and Bedi have claimed that they have been falsely implicated, as they entered the venue just half-an-hour before the police raided it. They also claimed they had just had a drink and not taken drugs.

On May 20, police had raided Hotel Oakwood at Juhu and rounded up 92 revellers, including some foreign nationals, after a tip-off that drugs were being consumed in the party. They were let off after blood and urine samples were collected.

Police on Friday had revealed that 44 out of the first batch of 46 had tested positive.

Singhvi, Bedi, and two DJs belong to this group.
