Now, fleet cabs at city airport

International fliers now have the option to hire fleet taxis in addition to pre-paid cabs at the Mumbai airport. Until now the service was only available to domestic passengers.

International fliers now have the option to hire fleet taxis in addition to pre-paid cabs at the Mumbai airport. Until now the service was only available to domestic passengers. "We have started the service with Meru cabs. More fleet operators are likely to join the facility in the near future," said a Mumbai International Airport Limited spokesperson.

A booking counter has been set up outside the exit gates of the arrival terminal. The existing fleet would provide 200 cabs an hour, the spokesperson said.
