The victim had accused nine persons including a 71-year-old man of having raped for continually for over two years at suburban Sakinaka, where she was staying with her aunt.
While five of the accused were arrested, the remaining four, including her cousin brother are still at large.
The five arrested persons - Jamuna Prasad Sharma (71), Jitendra Yadav (25), Vinod Yadav (27), Vakil Ahmed (27) and Premchand Pandit (35) - were granted bail on a surety of Rs 35,000 each.
"The court has accepted my argument that the medical report of the girl has revealed that there is no indication of rape or sexual assault," their lawyer Tarannum Shaikh said.
The court has directed the five accused to appear before the Saki Naka police once a week till the chargesheet is filed in the case.
