The victim was allegedly raped on April 11 when she had gone partying with the accused Vinamra Soni, Daryaus Colabawala, Jaskaran Singh Bhullar, Anish Borkataki, Kundanraj Gohain and Harshwardhan Yadav — all students.

Public Prosecutor DN Pagare proposed charges of gang-rape and common intention under the IPC saying there was enough evidence against all accused.

The fast track court at Sewri has set November 5 for framing charges against the accused.

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Gohain.

The trial court has rejected Soni’s bail plea.
